活性粉末混凝土盖板钢纤维含量的涡流检测

摘 要:钢纤维含量对活性粉末混凝土(RPC)盖板的力学性能至关重要,采用康科瑞KON-
RBL(D)型钢筋检测仪,通过电磁感应和涡流效应检测RPC盖板钢纤维含量。首先对测点数和测
试角度进行了研究,然后检测了人工制作的5块盖板,最后检测了27块成品盖板并对其信号值进行
分析,最终确定的测试方案为双面32个测点(单面16个测点),每个测点检测0°和90°两个方向;提
出了RPC盖板钢纤维含量与破坏强度的关系式以及RPC检测信号值与破坏强度的关系式。试验
结果表明,所提方法能够对活性粉末混凝土盖板钢纤维含量进行检测;为钢纤维含量的专门检测提
供了新的设计思路。

Abstract: The steel fibre content is crucial to the mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete (RPC) cover
slabs, the KON-RBL(D) steel rebar tester from Conqueror was used based on electromagnetic induction and eddy current
principle. The experiment firstly studied the number of measuring points and testing angle, then tested 5 pieces of cover
slabs made by experimental values, and the signal values of 27 finished cover slabs were detected and analyzed finally. and
the results showed that the finalized testing scheme was 32 measuring points on both sides (16 measuring points on one
side), and each measuring point was detected in the two directions of 0° and 90°. The relationship equation between the steel
fiber content of the RPC cover slab and the destructive strength was proposed. Experimental results showed that proposed
method can achieve the measurement of steel fibre content of RPC cover slabs to provide new design ideas for steel fibre
content measurement.
