摘 要:采用阵列涡流和交流电磁场两项无损检测技术对压力容器内壁表面及近表面裂纹缺
陷实施不打磨情况下的快速检测,提供了一种高效可靠的压力容器应力腐蚀裂纹无损检测方法,并
采用该方法对一台杀菌锅进行了检测。在实验室工艺研究的基础之上,制定了阵列涡流和交流电
磁场两项技术的专用检测工艺,并开展检测验证。检测结果表明,该检测工艺可实现对杀菌锅表面
及近表面裂纹缺陷的快速检测,对压力容器的定期检验有重要的意义。

Abstract: Two new nondestructive testing technologies, array eddy current and Alternating current field measurement,
were used to perform rapid non polishing detection of cracks and defects on the inner wall surface and near surface of
pressure vessels, providing an efficient and reliable nondestructive testing method for stress corrosion cracks in pressure
vessels. One sterilization pot was tested in this paper. On the basis of laboratory process research, two specialized testing
processes, eddy current array and alternating current field measurement were developed and validated. The test results
indicated that the detection process can achieve rapid detection of surface and near surface crack defects in sterilization pot,
which was of great significance for the regular inspection of pressure vessels.
