摘 要:涡流检测是核电站反应堆压力容器主螺栓的主要检测方式,该方法主要用于对螺纹根
部的缺陷进行表面检测。线激光测量技术是一种近年来新兴的非接触测量方式,通过高速激光扫
描实现物体表面形貌的大面积、高分辨率测量,具有快速、非接触及高精度等特性。采用两种方法
对反应堆压力容器主螺栓进行检测,试验结果表明,两种方法均可对其缺陷进行有效检测,线激光
技术能精确到微米级,测量结果更加直观,且容易定量、定性,为主螺栓检测中的缺陷判定提供了
可靠的数据支撑;两种检测方法各有优劣,实际检测时应取长补短,从而为反应堆压力容器主螺栓
提供更加智能化、高效的检测方案。

Abstract: Eddy current testing is the main detection method for the main bolts of pressure vessels in nuclear power
plants. This method is mainly used for surface detection of defects at the root of threads. Line laser measurement technology is
an emerging non-contact measurement method in recent years, which achieves large-area and high-resolution measurement
of object surface morphology through high-speed laser scanning and has characteristics such as fast, non-contact, and high-
precision, it is widely used in the field of industrial online measurement. Two methods were used to detect bolts, and the
experimental results showed that both methods can effectively detect their defects. Line laser technology can be precise to
the micrometer level, and the measurement results were more intuitive, easy to quantify, and qualitative. This provided
reliable data support for defect determination in main bolt detection. Both detection methods had their own advantages
and disadvantages, and in actual testing, their strengths and weaknesses should be complemented, thus providing a more
intelligent and efficient detection scheme for the main bolts of reactor pressure vessels.

主螺栓是连接核反应堆压力容器和顶盖的承压 环境下,易产生多种类型缺陷。ASME和RSEM标
部件,长期服役于高温、高压、高辐射及交变应力的 准都明确规定应对其进行检测,以保证核反应堆的
安全运行。标准中要求的涡流方法主要是针对主螺
栓表面及近表面缺陷的检测,采用的是幅值法,因此
