检测中的应用

摘 要:隧道拱部通常易生成空洞与脱空等病害,为了精准测定隧道二衬钢筋是否合规、隧道
衬砌内部是否具有明显病害、隧道混凝土厚度和钢拱架是否符合常规需求,研究地质雷达技术在隧
道衬砌质量无损检测中的应用。设计差异化电信号检测与转换结构,利用时间深度样本值与真实
检测结果样本值,结合距离触发与时间触发两种策略,最大程度控制雷达天线移动速率,维持匀速
前进,安排无损检测的测线与时间点,匹配最优的SIR-4000型地质雷达反射系数值,明确更精准的
定位里程,输出地质雷达隧道衬砌无损检测结果。实例应用结果表明,该技术可以精准展现隧道衬
砌的病害部位与应力变化情况,符合施工过程的动力学规律,具有适用性与实际应用性,可为隧道
工程的高效率施工提供帮助。

Application of SIR-4000 geological radar in nondestructive testing of tunnel lining quality

Abstract: Tunnel arches are often prone to defects such as voids and voids. In order to accurately determine whether
the secondary lining reinforcement of the tunnel was compliant, whether there were obvious defects inside the tunnel
lining, and whether the tunnel concrete thickness and steel arch met conventional requirements, the application of ground
penetrating radar technology in nondestructive testing of tunnel lining quality was studied. A differentiated electrical signal
detection and conversion structure were designed, time depth sample values and real detection result sample values were
used, combined with distance triggering and time triggering strategies, to maximize the control of radar antenna movement
rate, maintain uniform speed forward, arrange nondestructive testing measuring lines and time points, match the optimal SIR-
4000 geological radar reflection coefficient value, clarify more accurate positioning mileage, and output nondestructive testing
results of geological radar tunnel lining. The application results of the example showed that this technology could accurately
display the diseased areas and stress changes of tunnel lining, which conformed to the dynamic laws of the construction
process. It had applicability and practical application, providing assistance for the efficient construction of tunnel engineering.
