水泥电杆病害现场监测目标特征几何分析

摘 要:水泥电杆病害现场监测时,众多杆体病害特征混杂,难以准确分辨,而降低了水泥电杆
病害监测的智能化效果。为提升水泥电杆的病害监测精度,提出杆体病害双目立体视觉特征几何
分析方法。应用双目立体视觉三维成像算法,依据获取到的成像仪之间的位置关系以及不同成像
仪扫描图像之间的三维坐标对应关系,进行现场杆体病害位置坐标转换,校正杆体病害定位误差,
分析状态特征差异,构建并逐次优化杆体病害特征几何优化模型,引入随机梯度下降方法求解区分
侵蚀、腐蚀、外力挤压、应力挤压等病害,辨识病害类型以及严重程度。试验结果表明,借助双目视
觉三维成像技术,可完整提取出杆体全部裂缝特征。考虑到视差影响,将杆体病害特征几何进行优
化,优化后的相对位移值测量结果精度较高,水泥电杆腐蚀强度与实际电杆腐蚀强度一致。该方法
为水泥电杆病害现场监测提供了新思路。

Geometric analysis of target features for on-site monitoring of cement pole diseases

Abstract: In the field monitoring of cement pole diseases, many pole diseases characteristics are complex and difficult
to distinguish accurately, which reduces the intelligent effect of cement pole disease monitoring. In order to improve
the monitoring accuracy of cement pole diseases, a geometric analysis method of binocular stereo vision features of pole
diseases was proposed. Using binocular stereo vision 3D imaging algorithm and according to the position relationship
between imagers and the corresponding relationship of 3D coordinates between different imager scanning images, the site
rod disease position coordinates were converted, the rod disease positioning error was corrected, the difference of state
characteristics was analyzed, the geometric feature optimization model of rod disease was constructed, the geometric
feature of rod disease was optimized step by step and the random gradient descent method was introduced to solve the
problem of distinguishing erosion disease, corrosion disease, external force, stress extrusion disease, etc., and identify the
disease type and severity. The experimental results showed that with the help of binocular vision 3D imaging technology,
all the crack characteristics of the pole body were completely extracted. Considering the influence of parallax, the geometric
characteristics of the pole body disease were optimized, the relative displacement measurement results had a high accuracy
and the corrosion strength of the cement pole was consistent with that of the actual pole after optimization. The providing
a new idea for on-site monitoring of cement pole diseases.
