发射应力检测系统设计

摘 要: 磁声发射( Ma g netoacousticemission , MAE ) 是一种应力检测的有效方法, 针对传统

检测仪器设计参数固定, 灵活性较差的问题, 结合 FPGA ( 现场可编辑逻辑门阵列) 和 LabVIEW 设
计了参数可调的磁声发射应力检测系统。其中, FPGA 负责激励信号产生波形, 并将接收到的 AD
转换数据发送至上位机进行处理。设计的 LabVIEW 上位机程序负责信号接收、 数据处理和存储。
试验结果表明, 所设计的检测系统简单可靠, 集成度高, 能够灵活调整激励信号, 满足应力检测的
需求。
