Magnetic Memory Testing System for Fatigue of Wire Ropes

  • 摘要: 模拟钢丝绳的弯曲疲劳状态,运用金属磁记忆技术对钢丝绳表面的磁场分布进行检测,并对其磁场强度的变化进行了分析和比较。试验结果表明,磁记忆检测方法能有效用于钢丝绳应力集中和疲劳损伤的早期诊断,对防止事故发生具有重要的现实意义。
    Abstract: The fatigue status of the wire ropes bended was simulated. Surface magnetic field distribution of the wire ropes was tested by metal magnetic memory technology, and the variation of magnetic field intensity was analyzed and compared. Experiment showed that stress concentration and wire rope fatigue damage could be effectively diagnosed at the early stage by magnetic memory testing, and it was significant for avoiding accident.
