Review of Nondestructive Testing Technique for Industrial Boiler

摘要: 工业锅炉由于承受压力载荷及部分部件直接受火焰和高温烟气加热,因此具有爆炸的危险性。在其制造、安装和使用过程中的无损检测是保证产品质量和安全使用的有效手段之一。论述了上述各阶段采用的无损检测方法及目的。采用的方法除常规的无损检测方法外,还包括X射线实时成像检测和电磁涡流表面裂纹检测等方法。Abstract: Industrial boiler is very dangerous because of its working under high pressure and some parts being heated by fire or high temperature fume. The nondestructive testing(NDT) technique plays one of the most effective roles to ensure the boiler manufacturing quality and its safety. The NDT methods and purpose are discussed during the manufacturing, equipping and using. In addition to normal NDT methods, some advanced techniques such as X-ray real-time imaging and eddy current inspection are also introduced.
