Crack Magnetic Particle Inspection of Cracks in the Heat-Affected Zone of the Fillet Weld

  • 摘要: 角焊缝热影响区易产生裂纹,当裂纹深度较浅时采用磁粉检测方法极易产生误判。为确保设备安全运行,及时发现浅裂纹,需采用严格的探伤工艺和方法。阐述了裂纹的形成原因、检验的重要性,针对性地提出了检验工艺和方法,并进行了大量检验和验证工作,取得了满意效果。
    Abstract: Cracks are easy to be produced in the heat-affected zone of the fillet weld. If the cracks are not deep, they would be misjudged and neglected according to the magnetic particle testing. To ensure the safety operation of the equipments and to find this kind of defects promptly, exact detection technology and method would be taken. This article summarizes the reasons of forming the cracks and the importance of the inspections. This article especially provides the technology and method of the magnetic particle inspection. And a plenty of inspections and verifications are made to get satisfied effect.
