核电枞树型汽轮机叶片根部的超声相控阵检测技术

摘要: 建立了一套针对核电枞树型汽轮机叶片根部的超声相控阵检测技术。通过对叶片的受力分析, 了解叶片应力分布, 关注缺陷最易产生的部位; 通过声场仿真量化相控阵探头各参数与探头激发声场间的关系, 设计叶片检测专用的相控阵探头; 再结合现场检测条件, 针对不同检测部位设计相应的扫查方式, 实现超声波对第一齿的全覆盖扫查; 在模拟试块上进行检测试验, 验证检测工艺的有效性。将检测技术应用于工程实际, 证明了该技术的可靠性。Abstract: Based on the phased array technology, the inspection technique was established for nuclear power fir style turbine root.By analyzing the stress of blades, the most probable area of defect was found. The sound field simulation was applied to quantify the relationship between parameters of phased array probe and the probe acoustic field generated. And the relationship was used as a basis for designing a dedicated phased array probe.Scanning modes were designed for different inspection zone.The experiment was performed on the specimen to prove the effectiveness of the technology .The corresponding phased array inspection technology was formed eventually. The actual project will be applied to prove the reliability of the inspection techniques.
