The Deduction of Second Harmonic Generation Efficiency in Fatigue Crack Testing Using Nonlinear Ultrasonic

  • 摘要: 提出在疲劳裂纹的非线性超声检测中, 将二次谐波激发效率作为定量表征疲劳裂纹缺陷的特征参数, 并对其理论公式进行了详尽的推导, 证明了将二次谐波激发效率作为特征参数对疲劳裂纹缺陷进行定量化是有效的。
    Abstract: To find effective parameter for quantifying fatigue crack defects, second harmonic motivating efficiency was used in this paper as the feature parameter of quantitatively identifying fatigue micro-crack defect of metal component, and the deduction of theory formula was obtained. Moreover, its correction was proved.
