纵波斜入射法在电站部件探伤中的应用

Ultrasonic Testing for Parts of Power Plant with Slant Longitudinal Wave

摘要: 介绍了超声纵波斜入射法在电站锅炉压力容器管座角焊缝、螺栓和奥氏体钢锻件等部件探伤中的应用。对纵波斜入射探伤中入射角度的选择、缺陷波的辨别及对比反射体的确定等进行了分析。

Abstract: Contrast with common vertical longitudinal ultrasonic wave, slant longitudinal wave could be applied to test the nozzle welds on vessel, header, bolts and austenite material. The distinguishment of defect wave, the determination of reflection and so on were analyzed.
