摘要: 通过设置人工耦合不良区域,对比长输管道全自动超声检测时的两种常用耦合通道设置方法,分析了耦合监控设置对实际检测结果有效性的影响。结果可为长输管道全自动超声检测耦合监控方案的选择以及参数设置提供参考。Abstract: The effects of coupling monitoring settings on the effectiveness of the actual test results were analyzed by setting the artificial poorly coupling areas and comparing the two common coupling channel methods in full automatic ultrasonic testing of long-distance pipeline. The research results can provide reference for the choice of coupling monitoring scheme and parameter setting of full automatic ultrasonic testing in long distance pipelines.
