Nondestructive testing of fatigue TKY joint welds of deep water jacket

  • 摘要: 在深水导管架的建造过程中,有部分管状TKY节点焊口是疲劳节点。介绍深水导管架TKY疲劳节点焊缝的结构型式和组对焊接工艺,并结合规范对其无损检测的要求,梳理了目视检测、磁粉检测、超声检测等方法的技术要求和验收要点,并制定了合理的检测工艺,以为确保TKY疲劳节点焊缝质量提供技术参考。
    Abstract: During the deep water offshore jacket construction, there are some tubular TKY joint welds are fatigue joints. This paper introduces the structural characteristics and assembly welding processing of fatigue TKY joint welds of deep water jackets. Combined with the requirements of the relevant code for non-destructive testing method, the technical requirements and acceptance requirements of visual inspection, magnetic particle inspection and ultrasonic inspection are summarized, and a reasonable testing process is formulated which can provide technical reference for ensuring the weld quality of TKY fatigue joint.
