Penetrant and eddy current testing of tail pipe component of aircraft auxiliary power unit

  • 摘要: 以某型号辅助动力装置(APU)尾管组件为研究对象,根据其材料、结构及所处的工作环境,考虑检测成本及可操作性,选择渗透检测法和涡流检测法对其进行检测,并就工作环境、工作准备、工艺流程等方面对这两种检测方法进行了比较。试验结果表明,两种检测方法均能检测出该尾管组件的典型裂纹缺陷。
    Abstract: Taking a certain type of auxiliary power unit (APU) tail pipe assembly as the research object, according to its material, structure and working environment, considering the inspection cost and operability, penetrant testing and eddy current testing are selected for its inspection. The two detection methods are compared in terms of working environment, work preparation, and process flow. The test results show that both detection methods can detect the typical crack defects of the tail tube assembly.
