摘要: 铁路客车轴承外圈制造过程中的磁粉检测时,会产生批量性的非相关磁痕,经过分析得知,这些磁痕是由材料本身的金属组织和带状组织的不均匀引起的,并提出了改进措施,以供同行参考。Abstract: Magnetic particle inspection of railway bearing outer ring in the manufacturing process, produces a batch of noncorrelated magnetic trace, the reason is the banded structure and organization nonuniform of the metal itself, and puts forward some improvement measures, for reference.
