    小径管堵塞物的超声检测

    The Ultrasonic Testing of Blockage in Small Diameter Tube

    • 摘要: 异物堵塞已经成为超临界锅炉爆管的主要原因.通过模拟实际工作环境,在注满水介质的小径管内依次放置不同类型堵塞物,使用超声纵波对其进行检测试验.结果表明:有堵塞物时,探头对侧管壁的回波在消失或者波幅明显下降;不存在堵塞物时,对侧管壁的回波必定出现且波幅变化不大;故可根据管壁有无回波和波幅的变化来判定管内是否存在堵塞物.

       

      Abstract: Foreign body blockage already became the main reason of super-critical boiler tube explosion,and researchers pay attention to its testing.By simulating the actual working environment,various objects were placed in the water filled small diameter tube to simulate the different types of blockages and ultrasonic longitudinal wave was used to test the blockage.The results show that there is a blockage if the probe wall echo by the side wall of the tube decreases significantly or is to disappear.If there is no blockage,the side wall echo is certainly to appear in the acoustic path and its amplitude shows minor change.Therefore,the existence of the blockage in the pipe can be determined according to the tube wall echo amplitude variations.
