3.2 国际标准转化情况
截至 2023 年 12 月 30 日，ISO 共发布 98 项由 ISO/TC 135 及其 8 个 SC 归口管理的 ISO 标准。
无损检测国家标准与国际标准技术指标的一致性程度进一步提升，国际标准转化率已达 95.1%，提前完
成 2021 年中共中央国务院印发《国家标准化发展纲要》中提及的“国际标准转化率达到 85% 以上”的
要求。
3.3 国际标准制定、修订和发布
2023 年，ISO/TC 135 正在制定和修订的标准共有 31 项，见表 6。
2023 年，ISO 新发布 5 项无损检测标准（含修订项目），其中有 3 项是中国主导制定标准，见表 7。
ISO 24647:2023 是由我国主持制定的首项 ISO 超声检测领域国际标准。ISO 18251-2:2023 是继 2017
年中国首项红外热成像国际标准 ISO 18251-1:2017 发布实施后，由我国主持制定的第 2 项红外热成像
ISO 国际标准。ISO 24367:2023 是继 2018 年中国首项声发射检测国际标准 ISO 19835:2018 发布实施
后，由我国主持制定的第 2 项声发射检测领域国际标准。
