3.2 国际标准制修订和发布

2021 年，ISO/TC135 正在制修订的标准共有 10 项，见表 5。
ISO/CD 24647 《无损检测 机械手超声检测系统 通用要求》已完成改名，目前处于CD （委员会草案）
投票状态。北京理工大学徐春广教授是 ISO/CD 24647 的项目负责人，该项目是中国首个主导制定的超
声检测 ISO 标准。
ISO/DIS 18251-2 《无损检测 红外热成像 第 2 部分：综合性能测试方法》目前处于国际标准草案（送
审稿）阶段。中国特种设备检测研究院沈功田教授是 ISO/DIS 18251-2 的项目负责人，该项目是中国主
导制定的红外检测 ISO 标准。 ISO/NP 5750 《无损检测 红外热成像 电气设备检测》是中美合作制定项目，
中国特种设备检测研究院沈功田教授是 ISO/NP 5750《无损检测 红外热成像 电气设备检测》的联合项
目负责人。
ISO/CD 24367《无损检测 声发射检测 金属承压设备》和 ISO/CD 24489《无损检测 声发射检测
金属常压储罐底板腐蚀的监测》目前均处于 CD（委员会草案）投票状态。中国特种设备检测研究院沈功
田教授是上述两项的项目负责人，上述两项是中国主导制定的声发射检测 ISO 标准。
2021 年 ISO/TC 135 新发布 3 项标准（含修订项目），见表 6。
