    磁致伸缩导波模式控制传感器技术

    Mode Control Technology in Guided Waves Sensor Based on Magnetostrictive Effect

    • 摘要: 超声导波在构件中传播具有多种模式的特征, 给导波无损检测信号分析及其应用带来一定难度, 通过导波传感器的合理设置实现导波模式的可控具有重要的实用意义。系统综述了国外基于磁致伸缩效应的导波传感器模式控制技术, 详细介绍了纵向导波、扭转导波、弯曲导波三种模态传感器的设置。通过比较可得, 磁致伸缩传感器中偏置磁场和交变磁场方向和大小设置决定了所激励出的导波模式。

       

      Abstract: Ultrasonic guided waves have multiple modes feature for propagation in the components, which makes it difficult to analyze guided wave signals and its application in non-destructive testing. It is practically useful to control the guided waves mode by configuring the sensors reasonably. The technology abroad of controlling the guided wave modes based on magnetostrictive effect was systematically reviewed. The sensor configurations of three kinds of guided wave modes(i.e., longitudinal wave, torsional wave and flexural wave) were discussed in detail. By comparing, it was obtained that the exciting guided waves modes were depended on the direction and size configures between the bias magnetic field and alternating magnetic field in the magnetostrictive sensor.
