Abstract: The present condition and development of training and qualifications for China petroleum tubular goods nondestructive testing personnel were introduced. Though great achievement had been got in petroleum industrial, there are still some un-solved problems; The cooperation of training and qualifications for domestic or international nondestructive testing personnel is an important way on the development of the training and qualifications work in china.
