Abstract: During the review for the radiographic testing film of an imported cool box, four films were found existing defects, and three of them gained the accepted result through inspection again and graining, but one film had different evaluating results between the producer and the purchaser. The producer concluded it as a defect caused by welding section, and the purchaser concluded it as a nonfusion. So two plans were designed for the conclusion of each other, and the validation results showed it as a nonfusion, and it eliminated the safety risk for the imported special equipment.
