The Application of Industrial CT Technology in Reversing Engineering of Nozzle

  • 摘要: 介绍了工业CT技术在逆向工程中的应用,通过对逆向工程方法的分析,提出了利用工业CT断层扫描技术对喷涂用喷管进行原始数据获取,然后经过边界提取与结构分析来精确测量喷管内部的尺寸变化,并制定出一系列的技术方案,从而保证喷涂喷管内部尺寸数据的安全性和可靠性。
    Abstract: Dedicated to the reverse engineering application, this paper discusses the general principle of ICT method and analyzes the method of boundary extraction and structural analysis of typical product (nozzle). Then the changes of inner dimensions were achieved to make research approach. At last, this experiment was carried out to make sure the safety and reliability of nozzle when using the inner dimension date.
