    钢板缺陷的脉冲漏磁检测系统设计及试验

    The Research of Pulsed Magnetic Flux Leakage Techniques for Plate Defect

    • 摘要: 基于脉冲漏磁检测技术检测钢板缺陷,实现钢板表面和背面缺陷的区分。利用设计的钢板脉冲漏磁检测系统,提取了钢板表面和背面缺陷的信号,分析在脉冲信号激励下的缺陷漏磁信号特征。根据信号电压峰值和电压谷值同步曲线区分缺陷,编写了基于Labview的检测程序,实现了钢板表面和背面缺陷检测和区分。在实验室条件下,通过设计的脉冲漏磁检测系统,对刻有矩形槽的钢板进行了检测。试验结果表明,基于脉冲漏磁检测技术,利用电压信号峰值和谷值同步采样曲线,可对钢板表面和背面缺陷进行检测和区分。

       

      Abstract: In order to detect the surface and subsurface defects in steel plate of ferromagnetic materials, the pulsed magnetic flux leakage(PMFL) technique was adopted. The detection system is designed for steel plate based on the pulsed magnetic flux leakage(PMFL) technique. When steel plate defect is detected, signal characteristic about defect by magnetically saturating the plate by the way of pulsed excitation is analyzed. The signal voltage peak value and the voltage valley value synchronous curve discrimination flaw method are adopted in this study. The program for the discrimination of surface and subsurface defects in steel plate based on the labview software has been finished. Under the laboratory condition, the examination steel plate with machined rectangular slots is achieved by using the designed scheme. The result indicated that the flaw detection by synchronous curve discrimination flaw method based on pulsed magnetic flux leakage technology was realized on the steel plate.
