The Development of Simulation System of Ultrasonic Phased Array Imaging

摘要: 采用VC++与Matlab混合编程的方式,研制了一套超声相控阵成像仿真系统,实现了一个可视化、便于操作的超声相控阵仿真环境。仿真系统主要由探头、缺陷和成像三个模块组成。探头模块完成探头参数和超声声速的设置,且可分析显示探头声场辐射及其声压指向性等特性;缺陷模块设定仿真缺陷类型和成像方式;成像模块是在探头模块和缺陷模块的基础上,完成探头发射超声波,控制声束偏转聚焦,接收回波信息并对其进行取包络、对数压缩、DSC变换等一系列信号处理,最终将缺陷图像还原出来。

Abstract: Using mixed programming of VC++ and Matlab, this paper developed a simulation system of ultrasonic phased array imaging, and achieved a easy ultrasonic phased array simulation environment to operate. Simulation system composed of three modules, the probe module sets the probe parameters and can be used to analyze its sound pressure and directivity; Defect module simulates defects and chooses defects imaging method; The imaging module, which is based on the probe module and defect module, completes ultrasonic waves transmitted by the probe, controls the beam deflection focusing, and then performs series of processing of the echo signals received by the probe, including envelope extraction, logarithmic compression, DSC transform and so on, and finally shows the image graphically. -
