摘要: 用低频涡流检测某型飞机的机翼壁板多层结构腐蚀时,工作频率的选择至关重要。制作了参考试件,模拟不同深度的腐蚀缺陷,通过试验找出了检测机翼壁板结构的最佳工作频率。实际检测证实该方法是可行的,这对于其它飞机多层结构检测具有一定的指导意义。Abstract: The work frequency selection is very important in testing multilayer structure of aerofoil with low-frequency eddy current for certain plane. A reference block which can simulate erodent flaw of different depth is made firstly. The best work frequency is found out through testing, and it is proved feasible and has vital significance in testing multilayer structure of other plane.
