Application of Bottom-Echo Method in Ultrasonic Testing

  • 摘要: 探讨了底面回波法在锻钢件危险性缺陷检测中的应用价值。根据底面回波法的探伤原理, 分析了影响底面回波的几种因素, 认为缺陷性质是引起底波衰减变化的主要因素, 讨论了底面回波法的适用范围。在此基础上, 提出了依据底面回波的衰减变化辅助其他检测技术判定缺陷性质及对试件质量进行评估的探伤方法。实践应用中证明其效果较好。
    Abstract: The valuable application of detecting fatal defects in forging parts by using bottomed-echo method was explored. According to bottom-echo method theory, analysis of several factors causing attenuation of back-echo showed that the defect nature was the primary factor of attenuation under certain conditions, and application scope of the method was discussed.Based on these, bottom-echo method was proposed to use other assisted detection technology for the evaluation of defect nature and work piece quality applied in practice, the effect was good.
