In-Situ Ultrasonic Testing for Bolt of Gas Turbine Transition Section

  • 摘要: 为实现LNG电厂燃机过渡段螺栓原位超声波检测,深入分析了螺栓的几何结构及受力状况,并对模拟试样进行了系统的检测试验。发现合适的直探头具有足够的灵敏度检测螺栓六角头下端面存在的1 mm及以上的横向裂纹,而螺栓其余位置的横向裂纹需使用合适的小角度纵波探头进行检测。最终通过结合使用5P8×12的12°纵波斜探头和5P6直探头成功完成对该种螺栓的原位超声波检测。
    Abstract: To achieve in situ ultrasonic testing for bolts of gas turbine transition section in LNG gas turbine power plant, the structure and stress state of bolt were intensively studied in this paper, and simulation samples were tested. It was found that crosswise crack with longer than or equal to 1mm on the lower surface of bolt hex head could be found by single-straight probe, and crosswise crack on other position could be found by small angle longitudinal wave probe with right angle. Finally it was concluded that bolts of gas turbine transition section could be comprehensively detected by using 5P8×12, 12° small angle longitudinal wave probe and 5P6 single-straight probe.
