    钢管混凝土质量的无损检测

    Nondestructive Testing Technologies of Concrete-Filled Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 综合应用超声波法(声时、声频等)、冲击回波法和声音识别法检测构件质量。结果表明,超声波法可以提高检测精度和识别缺陷的能力;冲击回波法能够初步检测钢管混凝土脱层厚度情况;声音识别法能够迅速判断出构件缺陷位置。

       

      Abstract: Three testing methods, such as impact-echo, ultrasonic and the acoustic signal were used to detect the structure quality of a large bridge. The inspection and analysis showed that the accuracy of ultrasonic wave testing could be improved by using two or more parameters such as time and frequency; the impact-echo method could inspect the quality probably of concrete-filled steel tube; the sound identification could detect flaws in the concrete-filled steel tube.
