Abstract: The work was to resolve some problems which puzzled automatic ultrasonic flaw detecting. The design of automatic ultrasonic flaw detecting was expatiated and the method of scanning plate was optimized. The principle and character of the multi-crystal probe were expatiated. Furthermore, a method was developed to improve the system capability of anti-jamming and avoid distorting. The work emphasized particularly on innovating new method and technology.
