    纵波斜射探头检测厚壁高压无缝钢管

    Longitudinal Wave Oblique Incidence Probe to Detect High Pressure Seamless Tube

    • 摘要: 在大口径厚壁钢管的超声波检测中, 由于受第一临界角的限制, 采用接触法纯横波周向检测只能检测壁厚与外径之比<0.2的管材。通过理论分析, 采用入射角为10°的纵波斜射探头, 对壁厚与外径之比>0.2的钢管进行接触法周向检测, 并根据折射纵波和折射横波的声压往复透射率(波高)及其在仪器荧光屏上的水平位置加以区分。实践证明, 该方法实用可行。

       

      Abstract: In the ultrasonic inspection of the big diameter and thick wall tube, owing to the limitation in the first critical angle, the pure transverse wave contacting detecting method is only used for the tube of wall thickness to outer diameter ratio being less than 0.2. Though theoretical analysis, it is proposed, in this text, to use the longitudinal wave oblique probe of the incident angle being 10° to detect the tube in circumferential direction with wall thickness to outer diameter ratio being greater than 0.2. The defect can be differentiated according to the sound pressure reciprocating transmittance (wave height) of refraction longitudinal and transverse wave and the level place on the monitor. Proofed by facts, The method is practical.
