压气机叶片原位超声检测对比样件与探头的研制

The Development and Manufacturing of Fixed Ultrasonic Inspection Reference Reflector and Transducer for Compressor Blade

摘要: 压气机叶片在使用过程中榫头处易产生裂纹，从而对发动机的使用、寿命及飞机的正常飞行构成严重威胁。研制了对比样件和特殊的专用探头，实现了发动机压气机叶片榫头裂纹的原位超声检测，对发动机的安全使用具有重要意义。

Abstract: Compressor blade is susceptible to cracks at the dovetail during the usage, which shall affect the using of aero-engine, its lifespan and the flying safety of airplane. It is very important to develop reference reflector and special transducer for finding the dovetail cracks of compressor blade, thus ensuring the safe operation of engine.
