摘要: 东风11型内燃机车用牵引齿轮是机车的重要部件，需要对其作定期探伤。分析了齿轮的磁粉探伤方法及工艺参数。研制了齿轮磁粉自动探伤机，介绍了探伤机的结构、原理和功能。研制的自动磁粉探伤机对牵引齿轮的探伤效率高、性能好。

Abstract: The pulling subordinate gear for Dongfeng 11 Diesel Locomotives is a major part and it has to be regularly tested. The method of its magnetic particle testing and relevant testing parameters were analyzed. An automatic magnetic particle testing equipment was introduced with its structure, princple and function. The equipment had great advantages in automation, productivity and quality.
