Discussion on the Transillumination Arrangement of Small Calibre Tube

摘要: 为提高小径管射线检测工作效率,介绍了一种节省时间的透照布置方式,对比了透照3次时相隔120°和60°的透照方式的优劣,得出了采用相隔120°透照工艺的缺陷检出率优于相隔60°的透照工艺的结论,同时提出了曝光参数的修正方法。Abstract: In this paper, the transillumination arrangement for a small calibre tube was introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of transillumination modes were analyzed and the optimization of transillumination process was obtained in order to improve the success rate for the small calibre tube.
