摘要: 对插入式接管角接接头探伤时, 探头在不同位置时其所在平面的曲率变化规律进行研究, 推导出任意位置探头所在平面的曲率半径的计算公式, 根据该曲率半径研究曲面周向探伤时显示深度与实际深度及跨距的关系。以实际探伤中经常遇到的插入式接管角接接头的型式为例进行计算并制作缺陷定位曲线图, 利用该曲线图可实现缺陷的定位, 提高插入式接管角接接头的现场检测效率和检测质量。Abstract: Investigation the change rule of radius when ultrasonic probe lay in different location of cylinder during test angle welded joint with inserted take over, founded the calculation formula of the ellipse in which ultrosonic beam lay in. the relationship between display depth and actual depth as well as span according to the radius was investigated. Citing the angle welded joint with inserted take-over to calculate and draw curve draft of flaw location, using the draft we can locate the flaw, improve test efficiency and quality by using the draft.
