    多台主机对接实现大型容器声发射整体检验

    Large-Sized Vessel Detection Realized by Connecting AE Units

    • 摘要: 对大型容器进行整体检验时, 在现有声发射主机通道数不够的情况下, 可选择采用多台声发射仪器对接来实现。通过定位计算, 确定检验所需通道数, 对同一生产厂家不同版本的声发射仪器进行对接, 将多台仪器作为一台主机进行动态监测。通过对容器自身结构、工况以及监测结果的分析判断, 多台声发射仪对接实现大型容器整体检测是可行的, 检测效果理想, 为日后类似的检验奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: In the detecting of large-sized vessel, because of lack of acoustic emission channels, the manner connecting AE units was adopted. According to the location principle, the number of channels was calculated. The different version AE units of the same manufacture were connected as one unit. The detecting result combining with vessel configuration and using condition were analyzed. Thus it can be seen that connecting AE units to detect large-sized vessel is feasible, and the detecting effect is ideal.
