    超高压水晶釜横波周向探伤探头声场特性与缺陷定位探讨

    Study of Sound Field Characteristic and Defect Position while Inspecting the Ultra-high Pressure Artificial Crystal Reactor by Transverse Wave

    • 摘要: 超声横波周向探伤是超高压水晶釜筒体检验的一个重要手段,为保证扫查到内壁缺陷,其探头入射角在第一临界角附近,由于接近临界角入射,使得声场发生变化,较为复杂,因此给缺陷定位带来困难。通过试验和对声场的定性分析,给出厚壁圆筒形工件周向超声检测缺陷定位的方法。

       

      Abstract: It is an important inspection method to inspect the ultra-high pressure artificial crystal reactor by transverse wave. In order to checking the defect in the inner face, the angel of the probe is closed to the first critical angle , and the sound field characteristic is more complex than others. It is difficult to determine the defect position. Through experimentation and analyzing the sound field characteristic, a way to solve the problem was given.
