Processing of Acoustic Emission Signal During Fatigue Test of an Aircraft

摘要: 对某型飞机疲劳试验过程中的噪声信号和裂纹信号的特性进行了分析, 针对裂纹信号的各个特性提出了不同的分析方法。运用参数分析和波形分析相结合的方法, 成功地对某型飞机疲劳试验的数据进行了事后分析, 获得与疲劳裂纹或者疲劳损伤声发射信号相关的一些典型特征, 从而有助于了解试验过程中产生疲劳损伤的一些细节信息。这些结果对未来疲劳试验过程中的声发射监测具有重要参考价值和指导意义。Abstract: The characteristics of noise and crack-related acoustic emission signals(CRAES) during fatigue test of an aircraft were analyzed, and different methods were advised for corresponding CRAES. The combination of parameter analysis and waveform analysis was shown successful for a posteriori analysis of the AE data of fatigue test. Some classical characteristics of CRAES were gained which were closely related with some details of fatigue damages. These results might have important referencing and instructional meanings for future AE monitoring during fatigue test.
