The Optical Fiber Winding Flaws by X-Ray Detection and Analysis of Attenuation Coefficient

摘要: 利用X射线对光纤缠绕线包进行检测。通过对传统射线仪拍摄的图片进行分析,验证了X射线检测光纤缠绕缺陷的可行性,并提出了具体检测方案。对单层光纤进行扫描检测,得出单层光纤的衰减情况:当入射光子波长为0.154 nm时,单层光纤衰减系数为4.7/mm,其衰减周期为轴对称分布,且光纤中心对射线的衰减并不是最大的,最大衰减介于光纤边缘和中心之间。试验研究结果对光纤缠绕缺陷测试诊断系统的研制提供了理论及试验依据。Abstract: Detecting winding line package of optical fiber by X-ray, through the analysis of traditional X-ray detected image, the feasibility of optical fibers winding flaws by X-ray detection was confirmed and giving the program of detection. The law of single-fiber ray attenuation is given through scanning. When the incident photon wavelength is 0.154 nm,the single fiber attenuation coefficient is 4.7/mm, the fibers attenuation cycle is axisymmetric distribution, and the attenuation of fiber center is not the biggest which is between fiber margin and centers. The result provided the theoretical and experimental basis for development of the diagnostic system.
