Experimental Research on Ultrasonic Strength Detecting in Steel Fiber Concrete with Fly Ash and Slag

摘要: 对一批不同龄期的掺粉煤灰或矿渣的钢纤维混凝土试件进行了超声波检测及抗压强度试验。对试验结果进行了回归分析,建立了钢纤维混凝土超声波声速与抗压强度之间的关系曲线。结果表明,利用该曲线可由超声波声速推定钢纤维混凝土的强度,超声波检测方法用于钢纤维混凝土无损检测是可行和适用的。Abstract: The steel fiber concrete with fly ash and slag of different ages by ultrasonic detection and compression strength were tested. The relationship between ultrasonic velocity and compression strength was set up by regression analysis of the testing data. The sample showed that using the ultrasonic velocity of this wave could forecast the compression strength of steel fiber concrete, and it could be used in steel fiber concrete quality evaluation simply and practically.
