The Influence of Mechanical Joint on UT Reflected Signal under Different Pressure

摘要: 过盈配合是机械系统中常见的结构，但针对实际产品，过盈量由于加工精度问题是否能满足要求则无法检测。通过研究不同压力下机械结合面对超声波反射信号与压力的关系，得出使用超声波方法检测过盈配合结合质量是可行的方法。

Abstract: Interference fit is common structure in mechanical system, but whether the magnitude of interference satisfies the requirement for a product is not clear. This paper researched on the relationship between mechanical joint and UTs reflected signal under different pressure, and concluded that the test method of interference fit bonding quality by using ultrasonic inspection method was feasible.
