    直流线圈励磁的有限元分析计算

    Finite Element Method Analysis and Calculation of Coil Magnetization

    • 摘要: 直流线圈励磁是管杆漏磁检测中一种最常用的磁化方法。采用有限元方法分析了直流线圈励磁的基本特性,计算出了线圈尺寸、安匝数和增加聚磁板后对管道有效磁化能力的影响,对比分析了多种不同磁化方式的磁化效果,并绘出了各自磁力线的分布图,从而总结出了缺陷漏磁场的切向分量与励磁强度和提离值之间的关系。重点说明了聚磁技术在励磁器设计中的重要性和有效性。分析结果为管杆漏磁检测中直流线圈磁化器的设计提供了有力的依据。

       

      Abstract: Coil magnetization is the most widely used magnetizing method. The basic characters of coil magnetization were analyzed , and the influence of the geometric size of coil, number of ampers turns and magnetic flux gathering plate on magnetizability was studied by using the finite element method(FEM). Magnetizability of different method of magnetization were compared and analyzed, and the distribution of magnetic lines of the pipeline were computed. The relationship between magnetic field strength, lift-off and tangential component of the magnetic leakage flux density was studied. And a detail description of effectivity and significance of magnetic flux gathering technique was given. The analytical result provides a very important foundation for the design of coil magnetization.
