摘要: 主要描述了相控阵探伤方式和普通探伤方式并用的工业自动化探伤系统的设计方法, 系统以DSP和CPLD为核心器件, 所有参数的发送、接收和上传都是利用了DSP的多总线特点, 上传数据通过USB电缆传输给上位机进行相关处理, 很好地完成了探伤任务。Abstract: The paper mostly described how to design an industry automatization nondestructive detection system which could work not only in phased array fashion but also in common fashion, The core chips of this system were DSP and CPLD, and all parameter’s sending, receiving and upload utilized multi-bus characteristic of DSP, The data upload from DSP via USB cable are transferred to upper computer which can dispose all correlation data.
