    基于TOFD和AE技术的高压多层包扎储罐的结构完整性评价与安全评估

    Structure Integrity Evaluation and Safety Valuations of Multi-Layer High Pressure Tanks According to TOFD and AE Technology

    • 摘要: 在对三台超期服役的高压多层包扎储罐检测中, 在外壁纵向对接焊缝处共发现21条扩展性裂纹, 打磨修补后采用TOFD技术对外表面焊缝进行了局部检测, 同时采用声发射检测技术进行了整体的结构完整性评价, 得出该三台容器可继续使用的结论。结果表明, 采用TOFD局部检测技术与AE整体评价技术对容器(特别是超期服役的容器)进行结构完整性评价与安全评估, 是一种安全可行的方法。

       

      Abstract: Totally 21 cracks in the weld on the outside wall were examined out in three multi-layer high pressure tanks periodical inspection, the weld was examined by MT and TOFD after repaired. The structure integrity evaluation and safety valuations of multi-layer high pressure tanks was carried on by AET, and it was concluded that the tanks would continue to be used. TOFD technique and AE technique can be combined in the complex pressure vessel, especially in extended service, periodical inspection to evaluate the structure integrity.
