    金属薄壁管材涡流检测中异常信号的产生原因

    Causes of Anomalous Signals in Eddy Current Testing of Thin Wall Tubes

    • 摘要: 以6061铝合金冷拉薄壁管材、0Cr21Ni6Mn9N奥氏体不锈钢冷拔薄壁管材为例,结合目视检查、荧光渗透检查、金相分析等手段,探讨了金属薄壁管材涡流检测中异常信号可能产生的原因。通过对各种因素的排查,确定了铝合金管材是由于内壁开裂引起异常信号,不锈钢管材是由于变形不均匀引起异常信号。得出的结论可为材料和制造工艺相类似的管材涡流检测中信号的解释与判定提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Taking cold-pulled thin walled tubes of 6061 aluminum alloy and cold-drawn thin walled tubes of 0Cr21Ni6Mn9N stainless steel as example, through the application of visual inspection, fluorescent penetrating inspection and metallurgical analysis, the possible causes of anomalous signals in eddy current testing of thin walled tubes were studied. In this paper, the main cause of anomalous signals was found to be the inner surface cracks in aluminum alloy tube, and was found to be the inhomogeneous deformation of wall in 0Cr21Ni6Mn9N stainless steel tubes. The study also provides references for the signal judge in eddy current testing of other similar tubes.
