Design of Scanning System for Monitoring the Thickness of Plastic Film

  • 摘要: 基于电容传感器的塑料薄膜厚度检测方法是一种非接触测量手段,可实现在线不间断测量。给出了系统的结构框图及工作方式,阐述了电容传感器测厚的原理,针对极板间距变化引起的测量误差,提出了双涡流传感器振动补偿方案,提高了系统的测量精度。还对软件实现的功能作了介绍。最后给出了实际的测量数据,验证了振动补偿的有效性和系统的可靠性。
    Abstract: A method of measuring the thickness of plastic film based on capacitive sensor was introduced. By the no-contact means, an on-line continuous measurement system was designed. The block diagram of the system was shown to explain the principle the system works on. The principle of measuring the thickness of film using capacitive sensor was described. A vibration compensation solution by double eddy current sensors was proposed, aimed at the reduction of the error caused by the change of polar distance. The precision of system was increased. The scanning device was controled and the information of thickness was obtained by computer. Practice had proved the effectiveness of vibration compensation and the reliability of the system.
