    基于金属磁记忆方法检测埋藏性缺陷的试验

    Experiment on Metal Magnetic Memory Method to Test Embedded Defect

    • 摘要: 为了进一步研究金属磁记忆方法检测埋藏性缺陷的可行性,以HP345基气瓶瓶身内壁加工的狭长尖角槽为研究对象,分析了自有漏磁场法向分量曲线随载荷变化的规律,提出了识别真伪缺陷信号的方法,找出缺陷处出现可识别突变信号时的最小载荷,将缺陷突变信号峰峰值和最大梯度随载荷变化的曲线划分为三个阶段,最后提出了针对新制气瓶的对比检测法思路。

       

      Abstract: In order to know the feasibility of metal magnetic memory method to test the embeded defect, a long and narrow groove made from the HP345based cylinder body inner wall was studied, the change of self magnetic leakage field normal component curves were analyzed with loads, the method to distinguish the true defect signal from the false one was proposed, the minimum load when the distinguishable abrupt defect signal appeared at the defect was found out, the curves of the abrupt defect signals peaktopeak values and the maximum gradients with loads were classified into 3 stages, and contrast testing thought was proposed for the newlybuilt cylinder.
