    HIPIB辐照前后Cr2O3陶瓷涂层超声衰减特性研究

    Study on Ultrasonic Attenuation of Cr2O3 Coatings Before and After Irradiated by HIPIB

    • 摘要: 采用等离子体喷涂方法在不锈钢基体上制备了厚度为50 μm的Cr2O3陶瓷涂层,借助强流脉冲离子束(HIPIB)对涂层进行辐照,改变了涂层中的孔隙率及微裂纹阵列分布。利用超声水浸聚焦方法获得了辐照前后涂层试样的回波信号及其反射系数谱。结果表明,辐照前后涂层材料中超声波衰减系数与频率之间的关系分别为α=0.28f+9.50×10-4f2+7.04×10-6f4和α=0.11f+2.10×10-4f2+8.73×10-6f4,数据拟合与实验结果相符,超声表征结果与陶瓷涂层横截面的SEM(Scom electric microscope)基本一致。

       

      Abstract: Plasma sprayed method was used to prepare Cr2O3 coatings on stainless steel and the depth of the coatings were 50 μm. The porosity and distribution of micro-cracks of the coatings were changed by high-intensity pulsed ion beam(HIPIB). The reflection wave signal and the reflection coefficient spectrum of the coatings before and after irradiation were obtained using ultrasonic immersed focusing method, the relationships between ultrasonic attenuation coefficient and frequency of the coatings before and after irradiation were compared. The results indicate that the relationships of the coatings before and after irradiation were α=0.28f+9.50×10-4f2+7.04×10-6 and α=0.11f+2.10×10-4f2+8.73×10-6f4, the data fitting results accord with the examination results, and the ultrasonic characterization results accord with SEM photos basically.
