    胶片上电弧熔化焊缺陷的定位和测高方法

    Defect Location and Height Measurement Methods on the Film for Arc Melt Soldering Welding

    • 摘要: 焊接件中对缺陷埋藏深度和其本身高度的正确测定,有利于确定缺陷对工件的危害,尤其对缺陷返修更是重要。当采用X射线方法检测焊接质量时,可利用X射线底片对缺陷进行定位。根据二氧化碳气保焊以及埋弧自动焊缺陷的成因、形状和性质,结合该焊接工艺的坡口角度和堆焊层面及是否单双面焊,同时利用底片样片和底片黑度扫描,对10~14 mm对接焊缝的缺陷进行上、中、下层(打底或反刨面)的大体定位和缺陷高度估计,能基本满足对产品制造中焊接缺陷的返修定位要求及缺陷危害分析,在实践中具较好的效果。

       

      Abstract: It is useful for determining the discontinuities harmfulness to welds, and is especially important for repair if the discontinuities in the welds were precisely located. When examining by RT method to test the welds quality, the author find a method to locate discontinuities position from RT film. According to different welding process we can analyze the reason that discontinuity occurs, the shape of discontinuity and the type of discontinuity. The analysis was based on welding groove angle, welding pass and on whether the welding being one side with back formation or two side. At the same time, through using sample film and film darkness scan the welding seams could be divided into three categories, lower, middle and upper tier. And hence the discontinuity could be positioned and its height be estimated, thus mostly meeting the needs of repair location and figuring out whether the discontinuity is harmful or not. And this has good results in practice.
