Abstract: The article describes basic theory and structure of the new handy all inside endoscope and eddy current unify testing instrument made. The instrument skillfully integrates multi-frequency eddy current technique and video endoscope technique together by design of hardware and software, moreover, a miniature unify endoscope and eddy current probe is developed. The instrument has been successfully applied on aircraft engine tray and blade testing.
